Stress Management and Burnout

Stress Management Prevention is a skills set  we can learn prior to reaching Burnout. Interesting enough, a) high performers often miss when they reached – really reached  – their limits and present way late for treatment. b) Burnout does not yet have its own diagnostic code in the  Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders Fifth Edition Text Revision (DSM-V-TR).  Its symptomatology is nearly identical with a major depressive episode.
