“Ihsan” (إحسان – an Arabic term – translates best as excellence, kindness, charity, doing beautiful things mindfully and humbly.
Who we are:
Singapore Psychological Society (SPS) Registered Psychologists and Approved Supervisors and U.S. Board-Certified and Licensed Clinical Psychologists. We provide professional, ethical and culture-relevant services.
What we do:
Life and relationship coaching, couples counseling, uncoupling, separation, divorce and child custody consultations.
Stress management and burnout treatment with focus on C-Suite concerns, including diagnostics and assessment.
Individual psychotherapy and mental health consultations for adjustment difficulties, life transitions, anxiety, depression, loss, personality, career and aging concerns.
Finally, we offer Supervision and Consultation for psychology graduate students, early career psychologist and mental health professionals in the Pacific Rim.
